Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost
Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery may take a few extra days.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipping.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us at support@dogsdock.com and we'll help – including sending a replacement where appropriate.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
